As a BIG Merchandiser, you will work within an allocated territory maintaining relationships with key retailers and supermarkets on an ongoing casual basis to ensure accurate execution of tasks.

About the Role :

  • Approximately 10 -15 hours per week in Horsham and surrounds. Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday, with Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday being essential days.
  • Immediate start
  • Must have a car and driver's license

Key Responsibilities :

  • Driving strong relationships with store personnel
  • Building and maintaining quality displays and planograms in store
  • Negotiating promotional space
  • Submitting tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone / tablet
  • Representing BIG and our clients positively and professionally
  • Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need :

  • Retail, supermarket, or similar experience is highly desirable
  • A current Australian driver's license and vehicle
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • An ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
