Your Role

You will be bringing the voice of the customer to life by analysing customer feedback data and uncovering the themes of what customers are telling us. To do this, you will use multiple sources of customer data and analytical platforms like Excel to explore different aspects of feedback. You will summarise your findings in written and visual reports, ensuring that the customer experience is accurately reflected and clear for decision-makers to use as evidence for improvements. You will also have the opportunity to support research initiatives such as mystery shopping and collaborate with teams across TfGM to develop dashboards, surveys, and other insight tools.

Who are we?

The Customer Experience team acts as the voice of our customers within TfGM. We gather and understand customer experiences with the Bee Network, aiming to improve these experiences for current and future customers.

The work we do has the potential to make a real difference. The customer insights we provide through regular feedback reporting go directly to business leaders who can implement improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A natural curiosity for investigating data to identify trends and themes
• Experience analyzing and visualising data sets in Excel
• An ability to write clear, engaging reports tailored to different stakeholders
• Strong communication skills to explain complex findings understandably
• Experience managing multiple priorities, working under tight deadlines, and being a team player who thrives under pressure
• A commitment to learning and developing your skills in a supportive environment
