
Junior Data Analyst

As a Junior Data Analyst at K2-Tech Solutions, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help inform business decisions. You will work closely with senior analysts and other teams to generate insights, create reports, and ensure data accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your data analysis skills while gaining exposure to real-world projects and working in a collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Support senior data analysts in data modeling and statistical analysis.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated data pipelines and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and troubleshooting as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $50.00 - $58.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
