Overview

House Coordinator – Supported Independent Living

Responsibilities
  • Full time fixed-term role located in Belmont until November 2025.
  • Support 5 males with complex supports and behaviours that challenge.
  • Facilitate change and drive continuous improvement.
  • Be an advocate for developing good working relationships with the people we support, families/carers and Scope staff.
  • Support the values and behaviours that are important to the successful operation of Scope's business; the Scope Approach.
Remuneration and Benefits
  • Competitive remuneration package including salary packaging (up to $15,900 per year tax free in addition to the standard tax-free threshold).

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's Licence.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
  • Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Valid Australian Working Rights; an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one year within the last ten years.
