Oral Health Therapist Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Oral Health Therapist to join our team and contribute to providing high-quality oral health services to clients.

  • As an Oral Health Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of dental professionals to deliver oral health therapy services in various settings.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing clinical care to clients within your scope of practice, including conducting oral health assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
  • Mentoring and supervising students and new graduates in the Smile Squad placement clinics.
  • Participating in professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in oral health therapy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy degree or equivalent qualification.
  • AHPRA registration as a Dental Practitioner.
  • Victorian Radiation Licence.
  • Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
  • Valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
  • Working with Children Check (Employee) clearance.
