    Job Description
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to successful placement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
    • Develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements.
    • Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for roles.
    • Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and talent acquisition strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and client interactions.
    • Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful Senior Recruitment Consultant Should Have
    • Proven experience in recruitment or related fields - Previously within business services industry (highly desired)
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
    • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
    • Proficiency in recruitment tools and databases.
