What this opportunity involves:

As the Workplace Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end occupant experience within the Melbourne corporate location of our client – Australia's largest telecommunications company.

You'll be the key point of contact for our client, regarding any workplace activities at the site level. Oversee the day-to-day service delivery and ensuring the workplace experience for all staff and guests is a welcoming and memorable one

An overview of the role:

  • Oversee the maintenance and operations of vendors for soft services

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic and operational business plans for facilities and driving effective financial management

  • Daily management of work orders using JLL in-house management system

  • Assist in budgeting, invoice approval and monthly financial reporting

  • Go-to onsite contact for facilities and property queries

  • Ensure maintenance requests are actioned within specified timeframes

  • Coordinate conference room booking and prepare conference rooms for meetings

  • Oversee catering for special events as required

  • Uphold site cleanliness and provide direction to cleaning staff to ensure spaces are kept clean and tidy

  • Monitor onsite health, safety and risk management

You'll have worked in a similar role in a corporate environment or have a background in Hospitality, Property Management or similar field.

You will be a team player, able to build relationships and communicate efficiently.

Providing excellent client service comes naturally to you. Your communication skills, and ability to deal with a variety of issues concurrently as well as the capability to work under pressure with limited supervision is essential.
