Project Management Services & Support – Infrastructure (Level 3 & Advanced Practitioner)

A highly regarded federal infrastructure program is seeking experienced Project Management professionals (L3 and Advanced Practitioner level) to provide strategic and operational support across critical infrastructure planning, assurance, and delivery functions.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant program involving complex infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management at the highest levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement infrastructure assurance and requirements frameworks and processes.
  • Lead and facilitate infrastructure design and requirements through assurance workflows.
  • Prepare and manage project management plans aligned with infrastructure and equipment requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder input on design and technical reports.
  • Provide end-to-end project governance, schedule, risk, and reporting support.
  • Manage integrated project controls and reporting across multiple workstreams.
  • Support infrastructure cost modelling and review during design and delivery phases.
  • Facilitate workshops, reporting activities, and stakeholder governance forums.
  • Deliver technical input into infrastructure design, including global best practice considerations.
  • Support compliance with nuclear safety and regulatory standards relevant to infrastructure delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive project management experience within large, complex programs, ideally within government or defence sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure assurance, stakeholder engagement, and risk/schedule management.
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory frameworks and safety standards in infrastructure contexts.
  • Experience working in cross-functional program teams with governance and control responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Australian citizenship.
  • Security clearance Negative Vetting Level 1.
  • Contract: 10 months.
  • Number of extensions: 2
  • Experience level: Senior - EL3 equivalent.
  • Location:ACT, VIC
  • Working arrangements: Hybrid.
