• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment between the schedule, project scope and key milestones.
• Implement earned value management (EVM) techniques to track project performance and provide regular updates on progress and performance metrics.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, as well as manage and document changes.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely project reports.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts and financial plans with the project team.
• Support preparation of financial reports, monthly project reviews, and audits.
• Drive financial accountability and performance throughout the Vic O&M business.
• Attend project meetings to support financial planning, reporting, and risk management.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, margin results and the contract/project actual performance compared to budget/forecast plans.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Provide insightful commentary and recommendations for financial and operational improvements.
• Support internal and external audits as required.

• You have prior experience in a Program Coordinator or related role within Electrical Supply Industry or an engineering or construction management environment.
• You are a pro with the MS Office suite of apps and have used SAP.
• You're a team player who likes to have a laugh.
