Are you an experienced parts professional looking for your next role? Parramatta Jaguar and Land Rover has a rare opportunity for a Parts Interpreter to join our supportive team

About The Role

Utilising your industry knowledge and experience, you will provide professional product advice and exemplary customer service to both internal (workshop) and external customers. You will contribute to the department's continued commercial success.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Ensuring all customer orders for parts are interpreted correctly and dispatched promptly.
  2. Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  3. Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining the warehouse and stock levels.
  4. Keeping up-to-date with changes in products, technology, and manufacturer expectations.

About You

You should have:

  • Experience working in a Parts environment, with interpretation experience
  • A customer-focused mentality
  • Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the aftersales/workshop environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Computer system and JLR products (favorable)
  • Valid NSW driver's license
