Look no further—Pacific Motor Group has an exciting new opportunity for a Service Receptionist at our Isuzu - Ute site in Maroochydore.

As the Service Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your friendly demeanor, alongside the training provided, will set the tone for their service experience, making a lasting impression that keeps them coming back.

Initially, this position will be responsible for manning incoming calls, responding to general inquiries, providing regular customer updates, and making bookings when required.

Applicants must have:

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with diverse customer inquiries.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus.

Work Schedule: 5-day week – Monday to Friday
