Disability Life Skills Supporter South Western Sydney

Ideagen is seeking a proactive Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships within our digital sales team. You will be responsible for managing the customer journey—driving retention, expansion, and success—while collaborating across teams to deliver value through our SaaS solutions. If you are passionate about building strategic partnerships and supporting SMEs, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop mid-market client relationships, focusing on retention and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from onboarding to upselling and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate and visible pipelines using Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Provide tailored SaaS solutions through a consultative, data-driven approach.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and structure deals that deliver value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure client success with Ideagen's products.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance engagement and adoption.
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience leading high-performing account management or customer success teams in B2B SaaS.
  • Understanding of pricing strategies and renewal mechanics.
  • Experience upselling strategic services with proven results.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently.
  • Data-driven, commercially minded, and capable of cutting through noise.
