Position Overview: Responsible for supporting, enhancing, and leading the bank's risk management programs, including Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, and Risk & Governance Management, ensuring compliance with regulations and bank practices. The incumbent will lead, execute, and improve various risk programs such as Risk Appetite Statements, Risk Monitoring, Self-Assessments, New Product Risk Assessments, and facilitate Corporate Risk and Policy Management. Establish cross-functional partnerships to ensure consistent application of risk requirements, perform independent analytics for risk identification and monitoring, and stay current with regulatory guidance to improve risk programs.

Note: Candidates must reside within 30 miles of Green Bay or Milwaukee, WI, due to work requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and enhance assigned risk programs, ensuring quality and compliance, and support ongoing assessment and improvement.
2. Serve as a Risk Management liaison to Business Lines, providing guidance and process improvement recommendations.
3. Develop and maintain risk management tools and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Stay updated on regulatory guidance and industry best practices, recommending strategic enhancements.
5. Coordinate Board and Committee materials and presentations.
6. Provide risk advisory support for company initiatives.
7. Participate in governance committees and forums on behalf of Risk Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Risk.
• 4-7 years in financial services with experience in risk management programs, understanding of enterprise/operational risk, control frameworks, and banking products.
• Preferred: Additional certifications in risk management.
