We are an international Facilities Management organisation looking for Experienced Commercial cleaners for DNATA Catering in Tullamarine Melbourne.

The ideal applicants will be well presented, proactive and able to work well on their own. They will also be able to use their initiative in their daily routine to provide services that are of a high standard.

Position
  • Full-Time Monday to Friday
Responsibilities

Daily duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Manual handling and washing of used pots, pans and associated cooking utensils so they can be used by chefs in production kitchens.
  • One area dedicated to pots and pans used in Halal food production a separate pot wash used for soiled non-Halal production.
  • Detail Cleaning of commercial areas including cold rooms, bench tops, walls, floors and ceilings.
  • Using colour coding practices and systems to ensure no cross contamination.
  • High pressure washing of kitchen equipment.
Qualifications
  • Cleaning Experience in commercial areas
  • Experience with industrial cleaning equipment such as high-pressure washer, floor buffers and polishers are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of chemical use and PPE
  • Good communication skills
  • Understanding of OHS practices
  • Well-presented and ability to follow safety instructions
  • Must be able to pass an Australian National Police Clearance
  • Demonstrate Working Rights in Australia
