About The Role

The Team Leader will oversee all functions within the Production area of our automated GTP distribution centre, focusing on enhancing performance, productivity, and safety while aligning with COS Values.

Working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate personnel to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Manage operations, policies, and standards within the warehouse.
  • Oversee equipment and technology use, including automation systems.
  • Ensure safety, security, and proper storage of goods.
  • Plan and optimize warehouse layout and workflows.
  • Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and handling regulations.

About You

  • Preferably hold qualifications in Business Admin, Warehousing, or Logistics.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles, safety culture, and automated warehousing.
  • Strong management and IT skills, including warehouse management systems.
  • Forklift license is desirable.
