Bus Driver - Casual Port Augusta SA 5700

Position Details:

  • Minimum of LR class licence required; MR or HR licence preferred.
  • LP accreditation is also required; assistance will be provided to suitable applicants.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide and maintain a safe workplace in accordance with OHS policies and procedures.
  • Offer professional service in line with DIT rules and regulations.
  • Ensure passengers have a safe and enjoyable trip at all times.
  • Deliver service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Follow smart working practices.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Current LR, HR, or MR driver's licence (essential).
  • Large Passenger Vehicle Driver Accreditation (advantage but not essential).
  • Proven safe driving record.
  • Well-developed personal communication skills.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Good record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
  • Understanding of Australian Road Rules.
  • Good knowledge of local town, streets, and areas.
