The Senior Safety Business Partner is a vital role in the Safety Team.
You will bring expertise to support the Team Lead and other business partners, fostering a safety-first approach to add value to your portfolio.
You will be a trusted partner with people leaders on range of safety functions and improvements.
You'll be tasked to identify, plan and deliver projects, guiding teams of internal and external cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that promote zero harm.
By creating a culture where our people are empowered to take steps to reduce environmental risks and behaviours that may impact safety, your will foster an environment where risks and hazards are identified and controlled.
About You A safety champion, you promote high performance, motivating and enabling others to make the necessary changes to safely deliver our organisational strategy.
You are naturally inquisitive and highly collaborative, capable of influencing others with your expert knowledge.
Using your initiative, you enjoy working with others to create safety first culture providing expert advice on Occupational Health & Safety legislation and regulations.
You will be a true partner, providing expert advice and contributing to the strategic plan in your business portfolio.
This experience will be underpinned by a formal certification in Health and Safety.
This role will see travel to various sites across the region and as such you will need a driver's license to attend our locations.
