6 month ongoing contract with the view to extend Competitive rate on offer – Work for a top global brand Central CBD location – 2/3 days WFH Are you an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect ready to lead solution design and drive digital transformation? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead workshops, define user stories, and implement Salesforce solutions that maximize efficiency and business impact.
Key Responsibilities: Lead workshops to gather requirements and synthesize user stories in collaboration with Business Analysts (BA) and Functional Analysts (FA).
Develop Solution Designs aligned with business goals and Salesforce best practices.
Run functional workshops to guide teams in implementing Salesforce capabilities effectively.
Create and refine user stories for development teams.
Configure Salesforce out-of-the-box (OOB) features, including automation using Flows, designing Lightning Email Templates, and configuring standard Salesforce functionality.
Manage business stakeholders, ensuring product owners maximize Salesforce OOTB capabilities.
Leverage PSS (Inspections) knowledge to optimize solutions-TA support available if deep expertise is needed.
Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce OOB Configuration, Flows, and Lightning components.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Expertise in business stakeholder management, guiding product owners to best-use Salesforce capabilities.
Preferred experience with PSS (Inspections) processes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
