Overview Customer Success Manager - Global HCM Solutions Provider.
Our client has significant Private Equity backing and is expanding its Australian team looking for a Customer Success Manager to support the rapidly expanding customer base.
They help enterprise organisations with data-driven decision making, enabling them to effectively manage their workforce and organisational structure to navigate volatile market situations.
On Offer / Compensation Base pay range: A$100,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yr On Offer: $110,000-$130,000 + Super + 10-20% Bonus Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Proactively identify and address client needs, ensuring they are achieving maximum value from our solutions.
Collaborate with the sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track progress, share best practices, and identify new opportunities.
Monitor client health metrics and proactively engage with at-risk accounts to improve retention and satisfaction.
