This role is based at the brand-new Medicare Mental Health Centre (MMHC) in Campbelltown, part of a national network of free, walk-in mental health services designed for people needing immediate, responsive, and accessible care.
What you'll do You'll deliver high-quality, trauma-informed counselling to couples, families, and individuals navigating a range of challenges that impact their relationships.
You'll help support clients through conflict, communication difficulties, mental health concerns, domestic and family violence, substance use, and child protection issues.
Drawing on a Family Systems Framework, you'll take a holistic approach to client care, offering therapeutic support alongside mental health assessments, case coordination, and tailored referrals to help each client feel heard, supported, and empowered.
