Your new role:
As a key member of our Maintenance Services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and functionality of Metro South Health facilities through planned and corrective maintenance tasks.
Your work will directly support the wellbeing of staff and patients by ensuring facility infrastructure is reliable and efficient.

Perform allocated planned and corrective maintenance activities on plant, infrastructure, and equipment under the direction of Trade Supervisors.
Assist qualified tradespersons with various maintenance tasks, including test and tagging, plantroom cleaning, and water flushing.
Ensure all work is conducted safely, timely, cost-effectively, and to prescribed quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to minimise disruption and uphold organisational standards.

You are proactive, reliable, and able to communicate effectively across all organisational levels.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge or willingness to quickly learn relevant systems such as S/4 HANA, Riskman, My HR, WHS Monitor, and Microsoft Office.
