Add expected salary to your profile for insights As the Head of Digital & Development, you will lead the strategic direction and operational execution of digital initiatives and development projects for a not-for-profit organisation.
This role is based in West Melbourne and requires a strong focus on delivering innovative solutions that support organisational goals.
We are partnering with Independent Schools Victoria (ISV) to appoint a visionary technology leader to drive digital transformation and innovation across the organisation and its member schools.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this is a rare opportunity to shape strategy at the highest level and have a direct influence on the future of education in Victoria.
As a key voice at the leadership table, you'll contribute to work that is both varied, meaningful and impactful Description· Lead ISV's Digital, Data, and Technology portfolio.· Shape and execute a member-centric digital transformation roadmap.· Enhance data capability and foster a culture of innovation.· Ensure secure, scalable infrastructure and seamless service delivery.
Profile· Proven experience in senior IT leadership roles and demonstrated capability to operationalise strategy· Expertise in cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure), enterprise systems, and cybersecurity.· Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.· Experience in data governance, analytics, and digital strategy.· Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a high-performance culture.· Experience in education or service-oriented environments is desirable.
