We proudly operate our own 3 manufacturing facilities in Sri Lanka, overseeing every step of the process – from sourcing latex directly from local rubber farmers under fair trade principles to crafting each piece with care.
This vertical integration ensures high-quality, sustainable, and transparent products, making us Australia's first farm-to-mattress mattress brand.By combining natural materials, we promote environmental and social responsibility while delivering durability and comfort.The roleWe seek a highly motivated Head of Digital to lead our growth across domestic and international markets.
You will manage digital marketing and branding strategies across various countries.The ideal candidate has a proven track record in performance marketing and e-commerce growth, with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital acquisition strategies.
Experience with Shopify optimization and CRO is a plus.
The role focuses on marketing strategy and execution, maintaining brand consistency to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns focusing on ROAS.Create and test new customer acquisition channels with a focus on ROAS.Manage remote marketing team members overseas.Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.Implement retention marketing through email, remarketing, and audience segmentation.Review and approve copywriting to ensure quality and brand voice.Refine content for sustainability initiatives to ensure clarity and brand alignment.Monitor analytics to identify trends and refine campaigns.Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.Support product launches with market research.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in e-commerce.Proven success managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok campaigns.Experience in growing sales through strategic marketing.Knowledge of CRO, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategies.Experience managing Shopify stores.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of the bedding industry or sustainable e-commerce (preferred).
