and are looking for an experienced QA Delivery Lead to join our high-performing tech team.
The Role: As a QA Delivery Lead , you'll work closely with engineering, Dev Ops, and the CTO to drive quality across multiple teams.
You will own the end-to-end QA strategy, scale automation, oversee release readiness, and lead a talented team in a continuous deployment environment.
What You'll Do Lead QA practices across multiple squads to ensure consistent quality standards Define and implement scalable and maintainable testing strategies Own the roadmap for automation and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines Plan and execute manual and automated testing for backend, frontend, and APIs Explore and implement AI-driven tools to enhance testing efficiency Oversee release processes with quality gates, milestones, and reporting What We're Looking For Proven experience in QA leadership or delivery roles Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) Expertise in manual and automated testing including regression, performance, and exploratory Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Azure Dev Ops Proficiency in automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright Experience with cloud-native applications, preferably in AWS environments Why Join Us Collaborate directly with senior leadership and industry experts Be part of a high-growth company building a market-leading U.
