**About the role**:
Due to our continued growth and expansion, we have a significant amount of exciting and medically ground-breaking project work ahead of us Based in our offices in either Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne, as a Senior QA Engineer you will have solid experience in automation testing along with a strong background in API testing. With the ability to champion best practice for testing within our organization you will work closely with senior management, project teams, development teams and product managers to ensure a testing framework and solutions are in place to meet business and project requirements.

**Your duties will include**:

- Improve, create, and implement testing strategies, frameworks, processes, and planning.
- Manage and oversee the UAT planning, preparation, and execution within projects.
- Analyse current development processes and identify opportunities for injecting quality and advocating for process changes to improve product quality.
- Identify, analyse, and propose solutions for testing dependencies, traceability to requirements, risks, and issues.
- Preparation of test plans and strategy, test scripts, test results and associated reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

**Your (technical) background**:

- Have strong working knowledge of test and defect management tools.
- Experience with end-to-end testing across multiple products / apps.
- Experience in automatic API, UI, integration testing and performance testing.
- Experience using Postman, Selenium, QA Touch (or similar), Cucumber, Cypress and BDD.
- Experience working with Java & JavaScript.
- Proven experience in setting up Automation frameworks.
- Experience in setting up the process and definition of done for QA teams, continuously improving processes, and ensuring execution of that process.
