The Opportunity: Are you a strategic leader with deep expertise in the truck industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? IVECO ANZ is seeking a highly motivated Head of Customer Services to lead our Parts Sales, Service, and Technical departments, with oversight across parts operations, material management, warranty, and quality.
In this pivotal role, you'll drive revenue growth, optimise inventory management, and ensure high-quality service delivery across our customer service operations.
You'll lead and develop high-performing teams, implement strategic sales and service plans, and collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with broader business objectives.
Your focus will include enhancing customer satisfaction, streamlining operations, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
