The role Continuing, Full-time (job share arrangements considered)Level 6 - $92,025 to $99,538 pa FTE (plus 17% superannuation)Locations: Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, or Wagga Wagga (other campus locations may be considered)As the Careers and Skills Adviser, you will work with students, staff, and employers to deliver student career development, employability, and graduate employment services and programs.
You will provide career guidance and support students in developing skills for job seeking, such as resume writing, interview techniques, and professional workplace behaviors.
Additionally, you will support programs focused on employability and skills development and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders.
About you Demonstrated ability to support students through the delivery of programs and projects.
High-level communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Excellent information technology skills and the capacity to learn and utilise new online technologies.
Experience and/or understanding of educational design concepts.
Hold a Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) endorsed Career Development qualification, or willingness to obtain it.
