**About the Role**

Are you an experienced Financial Adviser looking to take ownership of a strong client base while growing your career in a supportive, collaborative environment? We're seeking two advisers to join our Sydney Wealth team and help shape the future of financial advice for our valued clients.

If you thrive on engaging with clients, building strong relationships, and collaborating with others while bringing a commercial mindset, this could be your next opportunity.

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Collaborate and communicate with clients to understand their financial objectives
- Provide strategic financial planning and investment advice
- Deliver outstanding outcomes for clients while meeting agreed growth and revenue goals.
- Develop relationships and prospect new opportunities through your strong business development expertise
- Service, retain and deliver solutions to meet client needs

**Let's talk about you**
- _Previous experience as a Financial Adviser who has successfully completed the FASEA exam and are on the Adviser register _
- _Proven experience providing comprehensive financial advice _
- _Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills _
- _Demonstrated knowledge and experience of SMSF _
- _A positive, proactive and result orientated focus with a strong commercial acumen _
- _Excellent oral and written communication skills _
