Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team at EIL Global IT Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd.
This full-time, junior-level position is based in Homebush, Homebush West, Box Hill, Box Hill South, and Box Hill North.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in IT support, working efficiently to manage and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues to ensure uninterrupted IT operations.
Experience with Active Directory for managing and maintaining user accounts and permissions.
Strong understanding of Windows Server environments for managing network resources.
Skilled in Office 365 Administration to configure, manage, and support Office 365 services.
Capability in network configuration to set up, manage, and troubleshoot networking devices.
Experience with remote desktop support to assist users with IT-related queries and issues.
Familiarity with the ITIL Framework for effective IT service management and delivery processes.
Comprehensive knowledge of ticketing systems such as Service Now for handling and resolving service requests (Mandatory skill).
Roles And Responsibilities Provide frontline IT support to internal and external stakeholders by diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Manage user accounts and profiles within Active Directory to maintain security protocols and operations.
Configure and maintain Windows servers, ensuring regular updates and system integrity.
Administer Office 365 applications to optimize user experience and address client needs.
Assist in the installation and configuration of networking hardware and software systems.
Deliver remote desktop support to resolve issues promptly and reduce downtime.
Apply ITIL practices to enhance service delivery and manage workflows efficiently.
Utilize ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and manage all support queries and service requests effectively.
