Marsupial Landscape Management are seeking a Team Leader for our high-performing and friendly team covering the Newcastle region.
Marsupial Landscape Management has been at the forefront of commercial landscape management in Australia for over 37 years.
We manage large-scale infrastructure and open space assets across 4 states & a broad range of market sectors – priding ourselves on delivering the highest levels of service through innovation, horticultural expertise & our technical asset management capability.

• Support with the development and maintenance of beautiful landscapes in your local area Responsibilities include:
• Leadership of a small team of Ground Persons
• Client liaison and relationship building
• Management of projects to ensure that agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budget
• Hands on maintenance inclusive of operating ride on mowers Supporting various landscape management duties as required, including:
• Pest and disease identification
• Hedging and weeding
• Machinery operation, care, and maintenance About you:
• Sports Turf Maintenance (highly regarded)
• Valid white card
• Excellent communication skills
