About Our Client: Randstad is pleased to be partnering with our client, a growing business within the care industry.
They are seeking a Senior Payroll Officer or a highly experienced Payroll Officer ready to step up and join their small payroll team.
What's on offer:

$90 K - $99 K+ Super (determined by experience level)
Brisbane Southside location with free onsite parking

Opportunity to provide learning and guidance to junior team members and gain leadership skills
Assist with system implementation and project work

About The Role:

Reporting directly to the HR Manager
Updating and maintaining employee records
Onboarding new starters and maintaining employee files
Processing terminations, redundancies, and leave
Responding to employee queries
Interpreting awards
Handling inquiries and resolving payroll issues

About You:

5+ years of experience in a dedicated payroll role
Experience in a medium to high volume environment
High attention to detail
Full Australian working rights
