Acrow is a market leader in construction solutions, specialising in innovative formwork and structural systems.
We are dedicated to supporting the next generation of engineers by offering hands-on experience in large-scale construction projects.
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer (will consider a Cadet) to join our team and gain practical experience working with Screens and Jumpform systems.
This role is ideal for students who have recently completed, or are currently pursuing an engineering degree and looking to build a strong foundation in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities : Learning & Development Assist senior engineers in the design, installation, and maintenance of Screens and Jumpform systems.
Participate in project planning and execution phases, gaining hands-on exposure to construction operations.
Shadow experienced professionals to understand engineering practices, safety protocols, and project management strategies.
Project Support Prepare basic drawings and calculations under supervision.
Assist with on-site inspections, system assembly, and quality assurance processes.
Support the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and project updates.
Collaboration & Communication Work closely with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving initiatives.
Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors and team members.
Key Qualifications & Skills : Education & Requirements Recently completed or currently studying towarda Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites when required.
Skills & Attributes Eagerness to learn and apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic proficiency in engineering software such as Auto CAD or Revit is desirable but not mandatory.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
