The Role We are seeking a passionate Graduate Engineer to join our office in Rydalmere.

Benefits Competitive remuneration package Opportunities for professional growth through external and internal courses Training and development programs available Key Responsibilities Include Perform engineering calculations and designs for refrigeration solutions Prepare estimates and tender submissions for minor projects Evaluate and modify existing refrigeration systems to meet client needs Market GBI's services, including consulting, maintenance, and parts supply, with a focus on customer support Manage projects, negotiate with suppliers, coordinate designs, procure materials, and oversee project administration Manage project costs and ensure successful completion Prepare risk assessments and ensure compliance with Australian and international standards Draft designs using Auto CAD, Solid Works, sketches, etc.
Conduct safety and engineering audits on-site, compiling client reports Contribute to internal system development to improve engineering and project management processes Perform administrative duties related to engineering and projects Supervise and assist with commissioning activities Assist in delivering technical training internally and externally Ensure health and safety at the workplace and cooperate with management to comply with legislation Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor The Successful Applicant Will Have A minimum B.
