As a Piping Designer, you will support the success of ACOR, both locally and on a national level across our Energy discipline, working on Fuel & Chemical handling and storage facility design.
The ideal candidate will possess pipework and associated infrastructure modelling capabilities and have exposure to petrochemical or related industries.
Duties & Responsibilities Produce 3 D design projects from tender and concept to detailed design, in accordance with Australian standards and authority codes Ensure that accurate drawing and registration systems are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards, internal and external.
Liaise with internal & external stakeholders Supporting the core drafting team inhouse as required, in the capacity of design draftsperson Actively participating in supporting and improving the ACOR petrochemical and dangerous goods offered companywide Skills & Experience Experience with Auto CAD and Plant3 D Strong 3 D modelling capabilities in pipework and associated infrastructure Computer skills in areas outside of CAD, i.e.
Word Processing, Excel and Outlook Ability to interpret and understand Australian standards The ability to work unsupervised and complete drawings from a design brief.
