About the Role: We're hiring for a new, high-profile HRIM transformation program and looking for skilled Test Consultants with hands-on SAP Success Factors experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Planit , a premier IT Consultancy, delivering test services into large-scale Enterprise clients across Australia.
Essential Skills and Experience: Strong hands-on testing experience in SAP Success Factors, particularly across HR modules (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, Performance).
Proven experience working on HRIS/HRIM transformation projects or enterprise-level SAP implementations.
Good understanding of end-to-end testing of Success Factors including integrations with payroll platforms or other third-party HR tools.
Strong grasp of Test Planning, Design, Execution, and Defect Management processes.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments and managing stakeholder engagement in large enterprise settings.
