Assist with WMS/imports, stock forecasting, cash flow tracking, OH&S, and compliance.
This is a fully remote role with flexibility and occasional Melbourne catch-ups.
Role Overview We're seeking a reliable, hands-on PA & Office All-Rounder to support our Managing Director.
The role involves accounts, admin, and general office support to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities Manage MYOB data entry, payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations Process monthly remittances and assist with accounts administration Handle phone calls and customer queries, directing as needed Support WMS/imports admin and stock forecasting Assist with cash flow tracking, OH&S, and compliance reminders Provide daily PA support to the MDQualifications & Skills Proficient in MYOB and general accounts tasks Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking Friendly, professional communication skills, comfortable on the phone Proactive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed Why You'll Love This Role Fully remote with flexibility and occasional Melbourne catch-ups Variety in daily tasks - no two days are the same Work closely with the MD and contribute to business operations Salary of $90k plus car allowance if required If you're organized, confident with MYOB, and enjoy diverse responsibilities, this is a great opportunity to support the MD as a trusted right-hand.
