Key Responsibilities Fee Collection: Manage and support school fee collection by maintaining accurate records, generating statements, assisting with debt recovery, and guiding schools on best practices to ensure timely and compliant processes.

Compliance: Ensure compliance by checking data accuracy, supporting audits, and guiding schools to meet finance-related regulatory and legislative requirements.

Reporting and reconciliations: Prepare reports and provide financial data to support monitoring of organisational compliance and ensure accurate reconciliations.

Relationships and customer service: Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, respond effectively to fee-related enquiries, and collaborate positively with colleagues across schools and the Finance Shared Services team to deliver high-quality customer service.

Experience/Criteria Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with the capacity to work effectively in a team.

Proven experience for a minimum of 3 years, in the administration of debt collection for multiple accounts & other accounts receivable processing at a high level.

Sound knowledge of debt collection processes and related internal controls.

Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

A good understanding of accounting policies and procedures.

High level computer literacy including experience with PCs (particularly MS Word and Excel) and computerised purchasing and financial information management systems.

Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, including effective telephone manner.

Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Financial Services or equivalent experience (Desirable).
