The key focus of this role is to engage with your own client group to work on innovative HR strategies that will take teams to the next level.
More specifically, you will: Work closely with the business unit leadership team to identify and implement HR strategies that directly contribute to business performance Provide workforce planning recommendations to ensure future business needs are met, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and organisational structure alignment Act as a point of escalation for employee relations matters, resolving complex issues in compliance with legal and organisational standards Guide managers through performance management processes, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring consistent and fair outcomes Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment strategies meet business needs and reflect organisational values Identify employee development opportunities and career pathways, collaborating with OD/L&D to design and implement training programs that build skills and address gaps Advise managers and employees on policy interpretation and application, ensuring consistency across the business unit Track and analyse key workforce metrics and prepare and present HR reports to the business unit leadership team About you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
In addition, you will demonstrate: 8+ years of experience in HR with a strong background in employee relations and strategic partnering Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field Strong working knowledge of employment law and compliance Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven experience working collaboratively with various stakeholders including senior leadership and specialised HR teams Stakeholder management skills and an unwavering commitment to providing advice and support Interested?
