What Will You Be Doing?Assist clients with hearing and balance issues by providing professional recommendations for the best rehabilitation options and developing clear rehabilitation programs tailored to their difficulties, lifestyle, management abilities, and budget.
Conduct clinical assessments in line with current best practices and the Company's clinical protocols, communicating assessment results and subsequent recommendations effectively.
Meet our clients' needs by providing appropriate and professional advice, services, and devices.
Offer counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Participate in professional development and training to maintain current and diverse knowledge in your specialist areas of audiology.
What Do You Need to Be Successful in This Role?2-5 years' experience in Adult Rehabilitation; diagnostic experience is preferred but not essential.
Current registration with the appropriate professional body.
Strong audiological skills, with the ability to manage a high and varied caseload while demonstrating sound clinical judgement.
Excellent customer care and service skills, with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.
An understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business.
A desire to support team members and nurture an inclusive and enthusiastic culture in the region.
Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.
