As our growth continues, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive our mission forward.
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, public relations, and in-store campaigns to align with our organisational goals.
Build and maintain a strong, cohesive W Cosmetics brand, supported by consistent brand architecture and guidelines.
Provide leadership to the Brand and Engagement team, fostering a high-performing and customer-focused culture.
Oversee in-store marketing initiatives to create an engaging customer experience.
Lead the development and execution of acquisition campaigns across digital channels, including social media, SEO, SEM and more.
Prepare targeted marketing and retention strategies for various products and customer segments.
Ensure all communication materials—websites, ads, and collateral—align with our brand vision.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders through a coordinated and consistent engagement approach.
Monitor public opinion, economic, social, and political trends to anticipate challenges and safeguard our reputation.
Identify opportunities for new products, channels, and geographic markets.
Support pilot programs for product launches and new market entries.
Collect, analyse, and report on internal and external brand performance to drive continuous improvement.
We're looking for someone who is: Good knowledge of current retail and beauty industry trends.
A strategic thinker with the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans and results.
Flexible, with the capability to operate effectively at both high-level strategy and detailed execution.
An excellent communicator and leader, able to align stakeholders and inspire your team.
Experienced in digital marketing, customer acquisition, retention strategies, and brand management.
Analytical, using data to inform decisions and improve marketing performance.
Key Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Mandarin speaking is highly desirable.
