About The Role As the Senior Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing brand, marketing, and communications strategies to drive membership acquisition, retention, and industry engagement.
Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team , you will lead a dynamic marketing team, ensuring the successful execution of multi-channel campaigns across membership, events, education, and corporate partnerships.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support membership growth, education programs, and industry events.
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Oversee brand management, content strategy, digital marketing, and corporate communications.
Drive multi-channel campaigns, leveraging CRM/CMS systems to enhance engagement and conversion.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI-focused decision-making.
Strengthen stakeholder relationships, working closely with internal teams, corporate partners, and industry associations.
Continuously assess and implement process improvements to optimise marketing performance.
Monitor and analyse market trends, member feedback, and campaign effectiveness to refine strategies.
Skills and Experience: Proven experience leading a marketing function, ideally within a membership, education, or professional services organisation.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Expertise in CRM/CMS platforms and data-driven marketing strategies.
Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
Financial and business acumen with experience in budget management.
