About the role
The role of the Crew Member Driver is to work as part of the Spray Sealing Crew, and to be responsible for the efficient delivery of Council's Spray Sealing Program.
This program is part of the Road Treatment Program and Council's Capital Works Program.
Sealing works will also be undertaken for other sections of Council and external contractors, when required.

This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current HR Drivers Licence
Current Safework Traffic Control Certificate
Valid Construction General Induction Card, Safework NSW or equivalent.
Safe Work Near Overhead Power Lines Certificate
Demonstrated experience in the operation of a spreader truck front end loader, street sweeper and multi-tyred rollers.

Knowledge of road safety signage and safety procedures relevant to construction work

Other important information

The commencing salary for this position is up to $66 K.
Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $76.5 K on completion of assessment of skills and performance 12% superannuation + Level 1 Adverse Working Conditions allowance
This is a Permanent full-time role.
This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight.
This role is located at the Erina Depot.

Council may create an eligibility list from this recruitment process and may utilise this eligibility list to fill other permanent or temporary vacancies.
