Jet Black Pavements is a locally owned and operated asphalt laying business with a strong reputation for quality and reliability across the Central Coast. We are steadily growing and are looking for a motivated 
Asphalt Crew Foreman
 to lead our close-knit team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in asphalt laying and site leadership
  • Sound knowledge of asphalt laying processes, equipment, and safety procedures
  • A hands-on approach with strong communication and team management skills
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and delivering great results
  • White Card and current Driver's Licence (HR Licence highly desirable)
  • Relevant tickets such as Traffic Control and First Aid are an advantage

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the asphalt crew to deliver high-quality work
  • Plan and coordinate daily site activities, including plant, material, and personnel
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to project specifications
  • Liaise with supervisors, clients, and council representatives as required
  • Conduct quality checks and monitor site safety in line with company standards
  • Maintain accurate daily records of work completed, materials used, and site conditions
  • Train, mentor, and support the development of crew members
