THE ROLEThe PR and Content Group Account Director will be responsible for leading the strategic responses to client partner briefs, with particular focus on earned media strategies.
You will guide the team to ensure best in class execution of these strategies and be willing to lean in if added support is required along the way.
Your operational skills from an agency perspective mixed with your management skills will ensure best in class client service, especially with a selection key PR clients that you will be required to support from a strategic perspective as well as steer the team in the right director on a day-to-day basis.
You will be supported by the Leadership Team to uphold the brilliant agency culture that has been established, as well as maintaining the impeccable quality work each and every single team member pride themselves on delivering for our client partners.
Beyond the existing client work, you will support the Head of PR in responses to RFPs, tenders and competitive campaign pitches, bringing in relevant team members to support with these responses, and at times, identifying external partners to align with (e.g.
paid media, creative) should it be required.
Enthral has always had flexible working practises, however the role does require some travel to help maintain client relationships.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESFoster strong client relationships: build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, main point of contact for senior stakeholders and actively seeking opportunities to engage with our client partners Organic business growth: foster relationships within your client portfolio to grow their revenue commitment to the agency overtime Lead strategic planning through to management of execution of all your clients: accountability and leadership of response to client briefs and ensure these plans are executed to the highest standards, assisting the team when necessary to ensure all KPIs are achieved at all times Support the Leadership Team with new business development: drafting pitch responses and presenting these when required Financial oversight and pipeline input: in partnership with the Head of PR, approver of agency quotes, inputting into pipeline forecasting and budget tracking for the agency, ensuring projects are aligned with the agency financial goals Line management and resourcing: mentor and manage junior earned media team and push for excellence, whilst supporting the Head of PR to manage the team's capacity and allocation of resources Agency integration and leadership: champion collaboration across the department, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture in partnership with the other leadership team members, help manage and resolve internal cultural tensions Impeccable outputs: ensuring a broad view / awareness of the agency's work and ensure that it maintains our high standard while delivers on the brief every time by regular project check-ins with the team and reviewing final outputs before they are delivered or executed QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS10+ years marketing communications experience, preferably within a PR agency An ambitious yet nurturing leader who is driven to succeed in a team environment A strategic thinker with experience in developing response to existing client briefs as well as new business pitch proposals Financially savvy, with experience in budgeting, forecasting and managing profitability A passion for storytelling Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to client service excellence THE BENEFITSBirthday and 'ME Day' in addition to your standard leave entitlements Participation in our annual Charity Day Monthly coffee card Working in a fun, down-to-earth team environment If this sounds like you, please email your CV and cover letter to michelle@enthral.com.au Seniority level Seniority level Director Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing Industries Advertising Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ENTHRAL.
