The Collections Excellence Crew's purpose is to deliver an industry leading customer and colleague experiences leveraging real-time customer and account data and AI tools.
Do work that matters As a Product Owner in the Collections Excellence Crew, you will lead a cross functional team of data delivery and decision science professionals providing thought leadership to enhance and improve the delivered standards, process & outcomes whilst developing high quality strategic data assets that enable the transformation of the Retail Bank's contact centre agent platforms.
Working with the Crew Lead, you will ensure that priorities are managed, and Objectives and key results are delivered.
On any given day you will Leverage and align to PACE ways of working including prioritisation via the CSD (Customer Service Direct) front door, leading Big Room Planning & driving high quality outcomes to ensure adherence to SDLC.
Manage priorities in partnership with the Crew lead Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary squad of configuration & data build professionals, creating a psychologically safe, inclusive, accountable, and high-performance culture Define and deliver the squad's roadmap, vision, and KPIs and manage the squad's performance to defined objectives Accountable for end-to-end delivery (including driving high quality requirements collection, build activities and production deployment co-ordination) Act as the voice of the customer and business and translate this for the squad Apply expertise to support prioritisation, balance trade-offs, and explore strategies to successfully achieve business and customer outcomes Be accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions, and resolving escalations Ensure all obligations across customer, regulatory, internal policy and process frameworks are fully met and satisfied Monitor the outcomes and quality of delivered initiatives to ensure they are as expected and supporting the desired strategic intent Manage a mix of internal and external stakeholders, with stakeholders across Domains and/or Business Units or Support Units Drive product exploration (e.g.
using design thinking and analytics) and formulate hypotheses to validate product strategy / design Identify, articulate and manage risks, dependencies and compliance across streams of work (e.g.
customer propositions) Manage the squad's performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking, etc.
Drive squad effectiveness and agile maturity (i.e.
sprint burn down, release burn up, and squad/team health) in partnership with Agile Coaches and Performance Leads We're interested in hearing from people who have Advanced delivery experience in data domain In-depth understanding of Data Delivery, Data Management & Data Framework Multi squad leadership experience, working in a fast paced and complex agile environment, couple with technical delivery experience Prior experience with Ab Initio, tableau and Big data – Highly desirable Experience in delivering complex data integrations including ETL build and enhancements A desire to champion best practice and innovative customer experiences, engagements and product development Superior stakeholder management/engagement skills Deep subject matter knowledge of Collections would be ideal but not essential.
Strong problem-solving ability with exceptional attention to detail.
