Marketing & Branding: Define our brand identity, build our marketing strategy, and manage all external communications.
Operational Leadership: Help build the foundation of our company, including hiring, team culture, and day-to-day operations.
Fundraising: Collaborate on pitches and secure initial funding rounds.
Who You Are You are more than just a business person; you're a builder.
You have a proven track record of success in a business leadership role, ideally within a startup environment.
You're a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is excited by the challenge of turning an idea into a scalable business.
You should have: Extensive experience in business development, marketing, or operations.
A deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and the challenges new entrepreneurs face.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
A strong bias for action and a resourceful, problem-solving mindset.
A burning desire to create something truly impactful.
