Seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Director to join our team and take a hands-on leadership role, specifically in our Nursery Room (0–2 years).
Work closely with the Centre Director to oversee daily operations and Early Childhood Professionals support.
As a Lead in the Nursey Room, you'll receive 2.5 – 3 hours a week of programming time for curriculum with the support of other team members in the room.
Assistant Director time off the floor of dedicated 2 hours a week for administrative and leadership tasks.
Team Collaboration - Share the workload and foster a positive, supportive team culture.
Be a Role Model - Demonstrate excellence in practice, setting standards for others to follow.
