Campus Director Penrith at Only About Children. Our purpose-built one-level campus is located at 4/120 Mulgoa Road, Penrith. With seven local primary schools within 10 minutes' drive and several local parks nearby, there is onsite parking for easy drop-off and pick-up. We are easily accessible by bus with direct routes to the Penrith Train Station.

Be the CEO of your Campus An exciting opportunity for a strong ECT or Diploma qualified advocate and leader to join the OAC family as Director of our Penrith service. You will be joining an organisation that has rolled out its CD training program for 2025 to empower Directors to become the 'CEO of their Campus'.

As Centre Director you will manage the operations of the centre with a focus on five key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial performance. You will be provided with the tools, mentoring and technology to enable your success. We support you through mentorship and training to take autonomy for running the business and to develop your leadership style. We hope to shape future OAC leaders and offer internal progression opportunities within our education, pedagogy, safety and operations teams.

This Penrith early learning centre features two dedicated outdoor play areas with vegetable gardens, flower beds and shade structures. Six age-based indoor spaces are designed to encourage learning and safe exploration, including explorations and community connections within the local area.

• Manage the operations of the centre with a focus on our five pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial performance.
• Lead and mentor the centre team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.
• Implement and monitor safety, compliance and quality standards across the centre.
• Drive growth and financial performance through planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Support autonomy for running the business and develop leadership capabilities for career progression within OAC.
• Engage with the local community and connections within the local area to support children's learning.

• Strong ECT or Diploma qualification.
• Experience as a leader in an early learning setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
