We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Third In Charge to take our store in Rundle Mall to the next level This is a part time role, working 25 hours per week over Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Our flagship Rundle Mall store is bold, fast-paced, and right at the heart of the Adelaide CBD. We're looking for a 3IC who brings energy, leadership, and a talent for keeping both customers and operations at the centre of every decision. With a passionate DREAMTEAM in a large-format store, you'll work alongside the Store Manager and ASM to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support in maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising. If you thrive on variety and love leading in a busy, dynamic environment, this is the role for you.

WHAT AMAZING LOOKS LIKE AS A 3IC

• You're passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills

• You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business

• You're ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training.

• You pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional and Store Management team.

• You support your ASM and Store Manager in leading and motivating your team

• You participate in training initiatives in store to constantly develop your skills as a leader

• You lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment (because we believe energy is contagious)
