Supporting the Dispute Resolution practice group, you'll work closely with industry-leading Partners and senior business development leaders to deliver on strategic client initiatives, key pursuits, and cross-practice opportunities.

You'll be: Supporting Partners and BD Managers to identify, pursue, and convert business development opportunities Collaborating with internal stakeholders on client relationship strategies and campaigns Assisting with market research, competitor analysis, and industry insights Drafting and coordinating tenders, proposals, and bids Contributing to legal directory and award submissions Participating in firm-wide BD and marketing projects Building strong relationships across practice groups and support functions About You You'll thrive in this role if you are motivated, organised, and enjoy working with senior stakeholders.
Ideally, you'll bring:2–3+ years' experience in a BD, marketing, or client-facing role within professional services (legal sector preferred but not essential)A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, law, or a related discipline Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail Strong relationship-building skills and stakeholder confidence The ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of CRM systems Why Join?This team is known for investing in people, providing hands-on mentoring, and offering access to high-profile projects and Partners.
